The Nexus Effect

 

The Nexus Effect is a collaborative project created by Joel and Bill, hailing from the solo groups, Steam Slicer and Embracing Discomfort.  We had initially intended to do a couple songs together, but the ease of the work flow and the natural way we connected in making music prompted us to make this a more permanent residence.  

 

If you enjoy bands such as Lucid Planet, Tool, Tides from Nebula, and Long Distance Calling, then you might find refuge here.  We found a home in blending psychedelic, post metal, and progressive rock into these songs, and we sincerely hope you will give this a listen.
